This fantastic home enjoys a coveted beachfront location just six miles from Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad. The beachside space features a large open-concept design with attractive furniture and decor, broad wall-to-wall windows offering 180- degree views and lots of natural light, a dining area with a table that seats eight, and a full kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances, gadgets, and counter space you'll need to cook up something wonderful for your guests (you're going to need a showstopper to keep their attention off the views!). Watch your favorite Netflix movies on the large TV, or head out to watch the breaking surf with a glass of wine on the deck.
Outside, the wraparound deck is the perfect place to enjoy al fresco meals with friends and family - there's even a picnic table to put on a big dinner party. You'll have full beach access, so be sure to wind down your evenings with some leisurely walks along the shoreline or a little stargazing from the sand. No matter what you're here for, this home is sure to fill your heart with joy.

This was the second time renting this house for our annual family beach vacation. It is perfect for families access to the beach was very close and there was sand directly behind the house, which was nice for the kids to play. The only issue we had was with ants. We contacted the management and they immediately responded to my message. They sent someone over two days later to spray the outside of the house. Though the ant situation lessened, it didn’t fully go away. But for the most part, we love the house. The location was wonderful. It was cleaned very well before we got there. And we didn’t let the ants bother us. I am sure they took care of the situation after we checked out.
We would definitely rent this house again.

This is the second time staying in this house. Our check-in was great. No issues at all. The house was extremely clean. The only issue we ran into was an ant situation. I reported it to the managers and they were extremely responsive. They had a company come and spray the outside of the house and offered to spray the inside. However, we had small children and a dog, so I was concerned about having bug spray around the inside of the house. The ant problem lessened after they sprayed the outside of the house, but never went away. We did not let few ants ruin our vacation. The house was amazing other than than the ants. The views from inside the house are breathtaking, and I really appreciated the response from the management when I contacted them. Check out was a piece of cake.Our family tries to make it to the beach every summer and Rockaway is our favorite place. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Loved the view and amenities especially all the hampers and laundry baskets. Most vacation rentals don’t have them for guests. Kitchen was well equipped. Back deck with comfortable seating out of the wind was a treat. We want to come back to this house. Thank you for allowing dogs too.

Bit out datwd and needs some updates. Pots and pans need update Was not happy that i specifically asked if there was a bbq for steak night and was told yes then when we got there couldnt find one and then told was not part of amenities when i asked where the bbq wasMade it differ
