The location is fantastic, with plenty of great restaurants within walking distance and Southampton's historic city walls just nearby. The apartment was well-equipped with a fridge, microwave, and washer (though no dryer), which added convenience. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the space felt spacious and comfortable for our group of four. Communication through the booking app was excellent—staff were responsive and addressed our inquiries promptly.
The lack of air conditioning was a significant drawback, especially during a summer heatwave. The provided fans were insufficient, and the heat made it hard to sleep. Opening the windows didn’t help much, as the second-floor apartment was noisy at night from street cars and pedestrians, and the outside air didn’t cool the space effectively. Additionally, the en-suite bathroom shower tended to flood, requiring us to pause mid-shower to let the water drain. Additionally, wi-fi is slow.

The location was good and the apartment was beautiful.
There was construction going on next to where the apartment was located and we were awakened up early every morning but by the sound of very loud and noisy jackhammers.

The location was good..
Couches vinyl badly peeling off.
Pedestal fan not working in living area. Towell heater not working in ensuite. Beds very uncomfortable. Matreses need replacing. Kick board i kitchen kept slamming onto floor all the clips are broken. Dishwasher racks badly rusted..racks need replacing. Windows frames all dusty.
