Dream rooms, delicious breakfast & great staff!
Couldn’t ask for more on a couples getaway. They decorated the room which was a lovely surprise to the missus!

The stuff is super helpful and nice. It was our honeymoon and they put extra effort to put balloons and red roses on the bed. The room is extra spacious, with two hot tubs and view on the castle.

The place is nice and good proximity to everything.
When we arrived, at 6pm, they put us in the wrong room, which was not cleaned. Then they told us our room we reserved had electrical issues. Then they wanted to put us in a lower priced room. Eventually, after asking multiple times, not wanting to go back to the uncleaned lesser priced room, they magically found a better room for us to stay for the night.
The next day was a similar story of them putting us in a room. Then us asking if they had a specific one that was pictured on booking, them saying it wasn't available and then eventually it was available.
We arranged to have breakfast in our room and it didn't happen. We were also told we could have breakfast on the roof with pillows and that wasn't arranged either. Only a couple staffers speak English.
If you're visiting I suggest staying near Urgup.
