Location, Location, Location!! This unit is perfectly located on the 9th floor where you can park just steps from the unit's front door and avoid the elevators!!!
Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. No expense was spared when decorating this condo, with a 60'' HD TV in the living room, a 55'' in the master, 48'' in the 2nd bedroom and 48'' plat panel wall mounted tv in the 3rd bedroom.
Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2000 sq ft condo. The beach facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. Stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops in the kitchen. A wet-bar, and ice-maker will enhance any party. The large balcony has unbelievable views of the waves and beach.
The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has two queens, and the 3rd bedroom has a king sized bed and a triple bunk for sleeping accommodations for 11. We also have a queen sized air mattress if you have more kids.
Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe & bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.
The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.
For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

This property was perfect for our family of 10. It is spacious and had everything we needed. Having 4 bathrooms with 3 bedrooms was wonderful. We all loved the lazy river, indoor pool, and outdoor pool. The 9th floor was a good floor to be on since it wasn’t too high. The only negative was that by being a huge resort sometimes the elevators were crowded. We all said we would come back again!

Overall the Condo was good. The family room furniture was a bit dingy. The the rug was needing replacement. Bathroom rugs were old and shabby. Bathroom garbage cans were all rusted inside. Refrigerator had some broken buttons.

This is our 2nd year renting this condo, and again LOVED everything about it. The condo is exactly as described and pictured. We love all the space, that it is on the beach, and that you can park right out side the condo. Our kiddos love the pools and splash pad, especially the slide! We had a bad experience with the new cafe, but other than that, everything was amazing. We look forward to our annual beach trip each year, and this condo makes it so enjoyable. Thank you!

THIS IS OUR FIFTH STAY AT PHOENIX WEST 2 AND WE WERE ONCE AGAIN VERY SATISFIED WITH AMENITIES AND WITH THE CONDO. THIS WAS OUR FIRST YEAR AT UNIT 902 AND THE PICTURES ARE SPOT ON. IT WAS VERY CLEAN, WELL STOCKED, AND EVERYONE HAD THEIR OWN BED. EVEN ON A CROWDED WEEK WE WERE ABLE TO FIND A SPOT ON THE BEACH AND CHAIRS BY THE POOLS. THE ELEVATORS ARE A TAD SLOW BUT BEING ABLE TO PARK ON YOUR FLOOR IS A BIG BONUS! WILL DEFINITLEY BE VISITING THIS CONDO AGAIN IN THE FUTURE! T
