The area is very quiet, with peaceful and friendly people.
• The host was very kind and easy to communicate with.
• The apartment is close to the bus stop that comes directly from the airport.
• There is a key box downstairs, which makes check‑in very simple.
• The beach is about a 10‑minute walk away.
• There is a self‑service restaurant and a 24/7 grocery store nearby.
• For the price I paid, everything was more than fair — I really have no complaints.
• The apartment has an electric boiler that needs to be turned on about one hour before you need hot water.
• You need an adapter for the power outlets, which is useful to know in advance.

За свои деньги - ок, но не стоит ожидать чего то сверхъестественного.
Видно что был сделан косметический ремонт, но возможно стоит уделить внимание некоторым вещам чуть больше.
В целом все близко, есть лифт, есть всё необходимое для проживания.
Так как мы остановились лишь на ночлег то этого достаточно
Немного шумные соседи, много чего из квартиры довольно старое, но это не критично.

La posizione dell'appartamento è comoda dal centro e dalla spiaggia 15 minuti. Market 24 ore sotto casa, 5 minuti a piedi supermercato più grande.
Host molto disponibile.
Lo stabile è sporco e in disordine.
Appartamento diverso da come viene presentato nelle foto. Necessita di ristrutturazione e poco pulito.
Bagno completamente da ristrutturare, Manca la corda della tapparella in camera, entrambi materassi sono scomodi (vecchi e usurati). Mancavano alcune stoviglie e quelle presenti per niente pulite.
