Nice location
We stayed for 4 days, hallways were never vacuumed. Dried mud, trash and feathers on carpet never vacuumed, was there since we arrived. Never saw any house keeping cleaning, only outside sitting in cars smoking. Also the pool area floors were nasty with, hair and trash. If this was clean I would give a 10.

I liked that the the property was located around restaurants and retail spaces. It was very clean. Rachel checked us in and was wonderful! I love the warmth that her and the other staff gave us. The breakfast had a lot of options. Coffee, iced lemon water, and refrigerated items were available for us to enjoy at all times throughout our stay.
The only downside to our visit was that our trash was never changed. I would have like new wash cloths and towels too but I know that the hotel was promoting reusing them so I didn’t ask.

Close to where we needed to be. Rooms are a good size and breakfast was good.
We booked through booking.com. Our initial check in clerk was super nice. But the manager that had to come down to fix the issue with booking.com was the worst we have even encountered. He came down in pj's pants and a robe and told us he could not help even after talking to the booking agent. Didn't get all the info and still after an hour and half would not put us in a room. Another female manager had to be called to then simply press a button and we had room keys.
