The suite features a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa, with a split amenity bathroom and walk-in shower for added privacy. Guests will enjoy a convenient kitchenette, a flatscreen TV, and a private balcony to relax while taking in the mountain air and scenery. The suite is located entirely on one level, providing an open and functional layout perfect for a short stay or extended getaway.
Beaver Run Resort amenities include ski-in/ski-out access, hot tubs, gym access, coin-operated laundry facilities, and a free shuttle to downtown Breckenridge, making it easy to explore the town without a vehicle.
Located at the base of Peak 9, this studio is within walking distance to Breckenridge’s shops, restaurants, and year-round outdoor activities, offering a prime location for both winter and summer visits.

If you’re planning on parking a vehicle at Beaver Run, the parking fees will be charged upon arrival. Summer parking is $15/vehicle/night, 4/1/2026-11/30/2026. Winter parking begins 12/1 and will be tiered with $39/vehicle/night Sunday – Thursday and $42/vehicle/night on Friday and Saturday. Please keep in mind that Beaver Run is walking distance to just about everything in Breckenridge. And Beaver Run offers free shuttle transportation around town.
Elevator Access: This property offers convenient elevator access to the unit.
We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

Location was great! Room was in good shape. Classic ski hotel vibes. Didn’t expect to pay for underground parking but may have missed that note. That added 150 to the trip. Overall it was a good stay.

This place is amazing. Wish we could have stayed more days. We really loved the apartment, resort, amenities, and the proximity of all the great stuff in Breckenridge. We absolutley loved it.

You get what you pay for. Ski in, ski out. Reasonable cost relative to other nearby rental options. Room was very dated and needed repairs
