About this apartment rental
The warm and lovely furnished studio apartment is situated in an upscale residential area of Pforzheim, only a short walk from the centre and close to both the Black Forest and the French border. The 36 m² apartment consists of a living area with a double bed and a sofa bed (1.40 m wide), a well-equipped kitchen (without a dishwasher and oven but with a cooktop and a mircowave), a bedroom (1.40 m wide double bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The microwave has a grill function and hot air and can therefore be used like an oven. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dryer (both in the basement for all 16 parties) and a 43 inch flat screen TV with internet connection. The private outdoor area boasts a covered terrace, where you can enjoy your morning coffee, as well as a shared garden for a glass of wine and home-cooked meals in the evening. A supermarket and a bakery can be reached after 8 minutes on foot (650 m), and you will find cafés, restaurants, a pharmacy within a 15-minute walk (1.2 km) from the apartment. The centre of Pforzheim and the train station are 20-25 minutes on foot away (1.6-2 km). The beautiful Black Forest region offers plenty of great routes for hiking and cycling, as well as lakes and waterfalls, and in winter, there are also a number of skiing areas and routes for cross-country skiing - all within a 30-minute drive (15-20 km). The Black Forest’s highest mountain, Feldberg, can be reached after a 2-hour-and-15-minute drive (194 km) from Pforzheim, and the city of Freiburg, which is famous for its picturesque old town centre is located a one-hour-and-45-minute drive or 160 km away. You can even drive to the shores of famous Lake Constance within 2 hours (190 km). The beautiful historical city of Straßburg in France can be visited after a 1.5-hour drive (120 km), and Stuttgart, as well as its international airport, are a 50-minute drive from Pforzheim.

Das Einzimmer-Apartment ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ich konnte es mir gemütlich machen. Der nette Vermieter hat mir dankenswerterweise einen Sonderwunsch erfüllt. Es fehlte mir an nichts und ich kann das Apartment nur empfehlen!
