About this apartment rental
Welcome to our Mountain home! This is a beautiful luxury 2 bedroom 2 Bath condo conveniently located just off the main parkway in Pigeon Forge.
Both of our bedrooms have king beds with very comfortable pillow-top mattresses. It is located in building #5 close to the pools, playground, picnic tables, basketball court, and others. During the summer months you can enjoy the fireworks at Dollywood from our balcony (See schedule for Dollywood). Watch a variety of wildlife from the balcony of this 4th floor condo. Groundhogs, deer, bear, and several other animals have been spotted! It is very quiet and peaceful with beautiful mountain views. Have the convenience of a condo with cabin décor. The large living room has a comfortable sofa sleeper and 2 large comfortable rocker recliners. A large flat screen TV over the fireplace provides entertainment while relaxing after a day visiting all the nearby attractions. A large capacity washer/dryer is also in the unit. A fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops provides a great place to prepare a light snack or full family dinner.
The master bath has a walk-in shower and separate Jacuzzi tub. It also has a double vanity with granite countertop. The guest bath has a shower/tub combo with a granite countertop vanity as well.
Why stay in a cramped, uncomfortable space? While on vacation you deserve to be able to relax comfortably where you are lodging. In our spacious mountain home you can easily sit back and relax. Also, there's no driving up and down curvy mountain roads to get to restaurants or attractions because our condo is in a very convenient location close to several attractions yet still secluded and quiet.
The indoor pool is NOW OPEN year round, Spa/Hot Tub is open year round and a large outdoor Heated pool is open April thru Mid-October. There are 2 pools and a kiddie pool. There is playground equipment for the kids. There are grills and picnic tables located in this area along with horseshoe pits, a volleyball net, a half court basketball court and cornhole boards.
Several attractions such as The Hatfield and McCoy Dinner Show, Smoky Mountain Opry, Hollywood Wax Museum, The Island, Dolly's Lumberjack Feud, The Ripken Baseball Complex, and the Titanic Museum are within 1 mile or less of the unit. Kroger, Publix, Walmart, Old Time Pottery and the Tanger Outlet Center are also less than a mile away. Dollywood and Splash Country are only a few minutes away. There are numerous restaurants such as Harpoon Harry's, Paula Deen's Family Kitchen, Margaritaville, Joe's Crab Shack, Olive Garden, TGI Friday's, Red Lobster, Calhoun's and No Way Jose just to mention a few within a 1 mile radius. Several are within walking distance such as The Local Goat, Cracker Barrel, and Dunkin Donuts.

Condo was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Was close to Parkway to visit NP and Dollywood but far enough away where there wasn’t too much noise from the high Parkway traffic volume.

We had a wonderful stay this condo was very clean and spacioul also the convince of everything. Loved the privacy of sitting on the balcony, the walking trail, and pool basketball court was a plus and also had a local gym . We will definitely come back and thanks again for sharing your beautiful place..

The condo was super clean, very convenient to surrounding Pigeon Forge attractions, family friendly, great pool area, kid play areas, beautifully landscaped property , Fantastic and great communication and access with host.

Our only issue with out stay is that we specifically booked the property based on the outdoor pool. The pool was very murky and could not see the bottom. We contacted the owners right away.Then the HOA decided to drain the pool which went on for 2 days. No attempt to refill or offer reimbursement for the inconvenience was made. The indoor pool was also very cloudy but not as bad as the outdoor pool. In July access to a pool was very important when we chose this property.
