Sicuramente la posizione proprio al centro di Gaeta fra la spiaggia di Serapo e il lungomare dei porti. il Balcone da direttamente sul corso principale e sul porto turistico. Vicino al borgo dei pescatori.

Posizione molto buona per visitare la cittadina, molto centrale con servizi vicini. Gaeta molto bella durante le luci di Natale. Presente in stanza un piccolo frigorifero.
La stanza fa parte di un appartamento suddiviso in alcune camere con ingresso in comune. Pulizia migliorabile. Mancanza di attenzione ad alcuni dettagli, come il portaoggetti arrugginito in bagno... Assenza di un attaccapanni o un paio di sedie o sgabelli.. fornire qualche presa o tripla per ricaricare telefoni ma anche mancanza del semplice riduttore shuko per attaccare meglio il piccolo frigorifero presente. Soluzione comoda al massimo per una o due notti. Strada trafficata. Purtroppo per noi l'allarme del negozio sotto la finestra della camera è rimasto tutta la notte acceso!! Anche se la sirena non suonava forte, emetteva degli impulsi continui molto fastidiosi durante tutta la nottata.
