Central location to the main ski gondola (only a 2 mins walk). Easy to access. Everything was there that was needed. Staff very friendly. Lovely little touches with the drinks and left over items from breakfast where you could help yourself.

The location is perfect, close to everything you need for a ski trip. The breakfast was ideal with all that you would expect, well presented and regularly topped up. The WiFi was also excellent
I wasn’t aware of the shared ablutions for our room which took a bit of jostling in the mornings. Also we were in an attic room with a small ceiling window so no real views.

Excellent location in the city center, with parking just a couple of minutes from the hotel. The breakfast was decent, but not outstanding. Staff was polite and friendly.
We were asked to leave a €250 deposit (this had not been mentioned anywhere beforehand). The pillows and mattress were very uncomfortable. The hotel is generally not very "fresh" – there was mold in the bathroom, and the floor was sticky in some areas. Soundproofing is very poor – in the morning, the neighbors started slamming their door very loudly, which made our door slam as well, and we were unsure if the lock would hold.
