About this villa rental
A sleek and contemporary townhouse on the edge of Sternes village, designed over three floors with wonderful sea views framed by the spectacular White mountains. This view is transformed as dusk falls when a myriad of twinkling lights transmitted from the villages on the mountain's lower reaches are reflected in the waters of Souda Bay and the lights of Chania town make their own spectacular appearance across the isthmus connecting the Akrotiri to mainland Crete.
The neat garden flanking a gorgeous 9m x 2.5m pool, offers space to kick back and relax on the sun beds or to throw something on the BBQ. Inside, the whole house is designed for comfortable, easy holiday living with air conditioning throughout.
Location of Villa Anemi
The village of Sternes, with its couple of tavernas and a mini market is practically on the doorstep, and although it is necessary to fire up the car to drive to Marathi or Loutraki beaches, 5 minutes away, they are the archetypal Greek Beaches with golden sands and shallow blue waters backed by tavernas. There is a great choice of alternative beaches close by including the natural and ‘hidden beauty’ of Seitan Limani Beach, #seitanlimaniabeach . For a little more 'life' Chania's town and its Venetian harbour is just 20mins drive away.
Large supermarkets, more tavernas, ATM machines and pharmacies are located in Kounoupidiana village which is a meer 7km (10min drive).

Swimming Pool - Tiled 2.5m x 9m swimming pool with ladder entry. All depth 1.90m throughout.
Sea View Garden - Area of lawn furnished with sunbeds and umbrella and outdoor shower.
Sea View Terrace - Furnished with sofa and chairs and dining furniture.
Sea View First Floor balcony - Table and chairs stairs to garden and pool area.
BBQ - portable BBQ
Sea View Top Floor balcony - hanging hammock, bean bag lounger and chairs with coffee table.

Kitchen - Ceramic 4 ring hob, electric oven, dishwasher, espresso maker(illy brand capsules), large fridge freezer, microwave, patio door to covered dining terrace with sea views.
Cloakroom - WC, wash basin.
First Floor Villa Anemi
Double bedroom - 1 double bed, fitted wardrobes, French doors to sea view balcony, air con unit.
Double/twin bedroom - 1 king size link bed which can be made up as a double or 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes, French Doors to sea view balcony. Air con unit.
Bath/shower room - bath with shower over, WC, hand basin.
Lower Ground Floor Suite
Open Plan Area - 1 double bed, wardrobes, Sofa which pulls out to a double bed and coffee tables. Kitchenette - sink, ceramic 2 ring hob, fridge. air con unit.
Shower room - Walk in shower with rain shower attachment, WC, hand basin.
Door leading to stairs up to the pool/garden level.
Hall - Washing machine.
The 7th person can be accommodated on the sofa-bed in the open-plan lower ground floor area.
Housekeeping
Your Villa will be prepared for you on arrival with fresh bath and hand towels and all beds made up.
For stays of 7 nights or more - house towels will be changed every 3 - 4 days.
For stays of 14 nights or more - bed linen will be changed every 7 days.
Pool/beach towels - one per person for the duration of your stay.
Parking - There is space for 1 car in an indoor garage with a door leading to the lower ground floor, plus extra parking space in the driveway.

The villa was very clean and an enjoyable place to spend time for my mother’s birthday. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us, however because there is so much greenery outside you have to be wary of the creatures. Otherwise a fabulous and relaxing stay.
