We are very sensitive to the health and wellbeing of our guests . We are sanitizing towels and bedding and disinfecting all touchable surfaces in the whole house. All soft furnishings and upholstery are sanitized.

CALIFORNIA BRUSHFIRE WARNING in effect. The house is in a listed Wildfire area and is patrolled by the Fire Marshalls - ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN OR AROUND THE HOUSE.

Amazing jetliner views situated literally a few steps away from the world famous Mulholland Drive, this furnished, remodeled beauty has incredible city and canyon views from almost every window in the house. Unwind on the expansive wrap around deck while taking in the Valley lights, or work on your emails while sipping coffee in the morning. Spend the day visiting and experiencing the film lots, theme parks, tourist attractions and hot spots of Hollywood and the Valley or maybe enjoy a meal while looking out over the city lights from the large cook's kitchen which was designed with the professional chef in mind. And for the grand finale, put the finishing touch on your day by soaking in the oversized spa.

Each bedroom and the front room has a TV with Roku where you can log into your normal streaming services.

There is a fully equipped wet bar area where you can relax and chat over a cocktail (Not included)

Are you wishing to use the hot tub? Please let us know at the time of reservation, because it needs to be drained, sanitized refilled and and reheated for your safety; this has to be done in advance.

Please note that there are live security cameras around the outside of the house for your security.

We also have a private attached garage that has parking for two cars. The garage door remains closed for security while not in use. .

We provide a coffee machine with coffee and creamers in the fridge.
We provide towels (bath and beach), hand towels and facecloths all laundered in hot water and dried on high heat. We also provide premium shampoo / conditioner, hand soap and shower wash in all bathrooms.

Guests will also enjoy a welcome bottle of wine on arrival!

Access all areas other than a closet in the Office/Bedroom and some personal items in the garage. All are clearly marked as such.

Other things to note
• ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING! This is a high risk brush area and as such the City has enforced strict controls. We do not allow smoking on any part of the deck or in the house.

• NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS OR ADDITIONAL GUESTS ONCE CHECKED IN. This is NOT a party house and if you are looking to host a party or informal gathering of any sort this is not the location for you.. The City Ordinances, local residents and VRBO are very clear that this is now ILLEGAL in this area, and should the Police be called you will be asked to leave the premises immediately with no refunds.

Needless to say there is also a neighborhood security watch in effect on loitering and noise in the street between the hours of 10:00pm and 6:00 am

I am sorry if this sounds rather draconian to well intentioned guests but we need assurance that you understand and accept these rules. We have had experience with guests who did not wish to follow the House Rules and which resulted in problems that were beyond our control.

We do have a washer / dryer if needed, it is in a small laundry room behind the kitchen. We do not provide laundry detergent as our cleaning crew brings their own, but if someone has left any, you are more than welcome to use it!
