Sehr moderne und gepflegte Wohnung, alles sehr sauber und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Ist Smart Home gesteuert mit Rollos an jedem Fenster. Immer wieder gerne.

Die Ferienwohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Darüber hinaus ist sie sehr sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet. Für zwei Personen hat sie die perfekte Größe! Toll fanden wir auch, dass die Dachfenster mit Außenrollladen versehen sind, um zB das Schlafzimmer abdunkeln zu können! Des Weiteren ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen. Zu Fuß (ca. 2km) erreicht man zwei Gaststätten, ebenso hat es einen kleinen Supermarkt in der Nähe. Die Ferienwohnung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um Ausflüge ins Allgäu oder bspw. nach Ulm (ca. 60km) zu unternehmen. Des Weiteren gibt es eine Vielzahl von Wanderwegen, die in Rot an der Rot beginnen (manche führen an der Wohnung vorbei). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten uns prima erholen!

Diese Wohnung ist ohne zu übertreiben ein Traum, es fehlte absolut an nichts und das ganze noch mit einem sehr sympathischen Vermieter......was will man mehr! Absolut zu empfehlen!

Wir haben 14 hervorragende Tage in diesem Objekt während der Sommerzeit verbracht. Und was soll ich sagen: Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden. Die Einrichtung ist Top-Modern auf einer Smart-Home Basis, das Internet mit 32 Mbit sehr zügig und die Lage sehr ruhig. Als Bäcker können wir die Konditorei Huber in Berkheim (9km entfernt) empfehlen. Die Region ist, bzgl. Einkaufen, wenig auf Tourismus optimiert, was uns sehr entgegen gekommen ist. Ein Erlebnisurlaub in direkter Umgebung wird es nur in Bezug auf Wandern und Wälder. Allgäu, Bodensee, Ulm, Memmingen sind aber gut mit bis zu 60 Minuten per Auto zu erreichen.
