Hairs ALL over the bedding. We've got long straight hair, long curly hair, short curly pube hair, miniscule curly beard hair, it's a hair buffet, folks. The lights flicker constantly, not even related to appliances turning on and off, it's just random. Both bedside lamps were unplugged when I got to the room and the plug prong on one of them was extremely bent to an unsafe degree, but I needed to use the light as the ONE SINGLE wall lamp attached to the actual light switch is extremely dim and barely lit the room, even in the middle of the day with the curtain wide open. Heater unit is weirdly loud despite being hotel/motel standard model. Fridge is moderately gross, microwave is very gross (both probably haven't been cleaned in the last decade). Mold on the window. Wifi speed is inconsistent and usually measured in KBPS, and no, I'm not kidding, it is bordering on completely unusable; I got "25 minutes remaining" on a 14 MB download, and even while doing nothing online but watching 5-minute youtube videos in 240 or even 144p, the video will repeatedly just stop entirely to buffer for 20-30 seconds at a time, and again, I'm NOT kidding. The official website may as well not exist, as it has almost no helpful information on it and seems broken, incomplete, and/or abandoned. I also tried for three days to call and reach this place before my check-in date to ask questions about policy (for things not present on the website); about ten calls total, during business hours, and not one time did I get someone on the phone. Then when I finally got there, after waiting about 15 minutes to see a single employee, they double-charged me for the deposit upon check-in, and said there was "nothing they could do" about the double charge, so I'm out an extra $100. The front desk is physically COVERED in quite literally about six or seven full-page-sized signs in very large text about policy and fees, several of which are repeats, several with typos/bad grammar, leaving little usable desk space for guests to, say, sign paperwork; very aggressive, very off-putting, very "don't stay here" vibes. The entire building also has some sort of very strong and bothersome smell I can't identify, both downstairs in the lobby the second you walk in, and upstairs/in the rooms. A few hours after I checked in, a new guest entered my room after having been assigned and given a key to the same one. (They were as shocked as I was and, thankfully, politely left immediately.) This also meant my key was deactivated/overwritten with theirs, so the next time I left my room, I immediately got locked out and had to get my key reset. I was very worried about all the reviews mentioning bed bugs, but so far, that's the only thing I DIDN'T see wrong (knock on wood). I hope I NEVER have to return here and couldn't wait to leave.

The first night of our stay, we were rudely interrupted at 12 AM by someone trying to gain access to our room via a key that was given to them by the front desk. When we would not open the door for them, they went back to front desk got the attendant who came back and tried the key himself. He then asked who we were as the room was supposed unoccupied. When we explained that we had checked in that evening around 630pm, he looked apologetic and left to go back to the front desk. Little sleep was had that night as we were quite scared it was going to happen again. When we went to the front desk that morning and asked what seemed to be the mix up, we did not get an answer and we did not get an apology. Would not stay here, the carpets in the room were very dirty and there were some interesting stains on the curtains.

Cheapest price with consequences breakfast to call it something, pretty bad . The surrounding not the best either, really strange people around. I did feel comfortable being there.
