Staff cleanliness and location
Booking in process without reception. The email with your code didn’t come through for ages. Very confusing. I have seen people sitting in their car until reception is open.

The guy on reception was friendly and obliging. Other than that the main thing the hotel has going for it is that it’s only 5 mins walk to the airport.
The plastic bed protectors, obviously cheap and unbreathable ones, made for an unpleasant night’s sleep.
The noise insulation between rooms is nonexistent.
I sent a message to the hotel before I arrived to ask a question and used the booking.com contact button but never got a response, which is very unprofessional.
This was the worst breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. It was unbelievable that they didn’t start breakfast until 7:30 on a weekday, so forget having an enjoyable leisurely breakfast before catching your flight if it’s leaving early. I’ve never encountered a hotel starting breakfast so late. There were no dessert spoons and I had to ask for milk.
