About this house rental
Admiring the 90° Seaview is a new experience every morning and every evening (from the bay of Paimpol to the eastern Mez Goelo islet). You never have enough. And in addition, you will have plenty of space to exercise, including cycling in the huge park, cook and spend memorable moments with your family and delicious seafood. The house is central to discover great places at walking distance.

The house is spacious, comfortable and light, well appointed, equipped and furnished. The grounds are huge. It's a lovely setting with long views towards the estuary and coast. Great for weather watching.
A pebble beach 20 minutes walk along a winding path is accessible from the house and looks out over mussel beds. This beach is more suited to shorter visits. There are other very beautiful sandy beaches a short drive away and well worth the effort - free parking, café/restaurant, toilets.
Unfortunately the bedroom description is highly misleading. In reality there are four bedrooms, i.e. three king/queen bedrooms (two en-suite), one room with bunkbeds and a futon.
There is no bedroom five or six and no second futon as described. There is however a large mezzanine landing area (screen provided) which we used to sleep three under eight year olds. Due to it's lack of privacy this would not be suitable for adults as its a thoroughfare to the 'family' bathroom and master suite.
For a larger group this house is ideal. If the agent can update the house description to accurately reflect the bedroom space actually available I would then recommend it.

The house and gardens are simply beautiful, even better than in the photos. The views are captivating! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and artfully appointed. A really great retreat, a wonderful place to spend tranquil vacation days. Very convenient access to markets, restaurants, historical sites and natural beauty.
We couldn't ask for better hosts -- Pierrick and Florence in the US and their able concierge managers in France, who were always gracious, helpful and available. Merci beaucoup!

Very cheerful and friendly welcome got us off to a good start. The house is lovely and spacious with fantastic views. We weren't lucky with the weather but managed to get out most days and the garden was huge and well enclosed so a safe place for our toddler granddaughter to play. Boulangerie and other shops within a short drive. We had a lovely holiday.

Good communication with owner. Collection of keys straightforward despite our limited French. House is set in a very quiet area but close to village with amenities. Despite other reviewers describing large garden it still comes as a shock. Would be fantastic for a family with children. Lots of walks close by. Don’t miss Abbaye de Beauport which is in walking distance..
House has everything you can need and more.
