Our family of five loved the spacious accommodations, the location on the piazza, and the charm of San Gimignano. Our weather was beautiful and we opened the shutters each morning to welcome in the sunshine, church bells and lovely music from the shop below. There was plenty of storage, comfortable beds and complimentary toiletries in the bath. Petting the friendly plaza cat was an extra bonus. This was a wonderful getaway with spectacular views of the countryside, excellent wine and food, and short walks to the towns historic sites.

We didn’t have kitchen towels and needed to use a hand towel to dry dishes but otherwise it was great.

Beautiful apartment close to the centre but in a quiet square where children could play safe from cars and crowds. It was next to the church so you could hear the bells ringing and it all felt like a dream, especially at sunset! It was very close to the car park which was handy with small kids/buggies. Checking in and checking out was easy and straightforward. Hosts were very quick to respond on Whatsapp.

I've seen previous reviews about the bathroom being upstairs - this didn't bother us at all.

Rationed heating in unseasonably cold weather ( only twice a day for about an hour ) could not be adjusted in the apartment so 2 days with coats on.

Above Only ONE mug and a collection of jumbled unsuitable wine glasses Also l left my driver's licence and they rang me to say that they had found it. I have not received it back although they promised to send it
