This is a self checking so minimal interaction staff execpt to call as we didn't receive the access code for the door on our day of arrival. Overall hood location right in middle of Aachen city.

When I book via Agoda, I see the room has a balcony, but when I checked in, the room has no balcony, when I asked, the hotel said that I had to request for balcony room, which didn't stated in the app
