Vår värd Paola som bodde i lägenheten mitt emot var väldigt hjälpsam och vänlig.
Förutom Paola hade jag kontakt med en kvinna som också var inblandad i uthyrningen. Hon krävde plötsligt att vi skulle betala extra eftersom vi disponerade båda sovrummen och badrummen i lägenheten. Vi hade bokat lägenheten just för att den hade två sovrum och dessutom står det i beskrivningen att man har hela lägenheten för sig själv. Det blev en lång diskussion på What’s App som tog en massa tid och förstörde vår vistelse till viss del. Hon ville också att vi skulle betala mellanskillnaden för vad boendet kostade när vi bokade i mars och vad det kostade nu, 30 euro mer per natt. Vi bodde där i fyra nätter. Jag fick hjälp av Booking. Com och till sist gav hon upp. Men detta gör att jag inte kan rekommendera Palazzo Bufalari till någon annan.

Appartamento in posizione centrale munito di tutti i confort per brevi e lunghi soggiorni...la signora Paola simpaticissima e molto disponibile...consigliatissimo....
