Had a slight issue upon arrival. Gained access to the main electronic door. But then our key box was already open with no key. Contacted the owner (I had the number via the booking, but was clear on an info board outside the room), within 2 mins got a reply explaining we had been allocated room 3 instead of room 1 as expected. Number to key box 3 was given & access was gained! Location was fantastic, facilities were ideal, nice clean apartment. Loved watching the street below from their window. Great comms from the owner.
One of the plug sockets had broken and bizarrely there were no knives as part of the cutlery available (only carving knives). Fed back via the app.

The apartment was very clean and modern. The shower had excellent water pressure and consistent hot water. Both beds were large and very comfortable. The location is excellent—just a two-minutes walk to the arena and close to everything such as Juliet’s place . The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. Whenever we needed anything, we were able to contact the owner easily; they were very friendly and responded quickly. We couldn’t find anything negative to mention.
We were not able to use the induction hub as it was not user friendly but it did not detract from our overall positive impression of the apartment.

The location of this apartment is excellent. We loved the bars and restaurants that were right outside. The check in was seamless and the instructions were spot on. We walked from the station which took about 25 minutes. Very easy walk, everything is within walking distance.

AC not operating and not for a lack of us trying. 1st night...because it was cool outside, we left the window open but
the street noise was loud and large street light directly outside the window illuminated the room. UGH.
2nd night...we closed the window and blind, took cold showers and slept with no covers and took Tylenol PM.
