Located between Saalbach and Hinterglemm, this holiday home in the ski region offers an ideal mix of proximity to the centre and privacy. The renovated ground-floor flat includes a spacious living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, spread over 70 m². In the sauna you can unwind after a long day in the beautiful surroundings
A supermarket is a stone's throw from the idyllic residence, while the ski bus stop is practically at your feet. The Reiterkogel slope, a jewel in the ski landscape, is a short walk from the residence. With sufficient snowfall, you can leave the ski bus on your left and ski straight back home!
The ski area itself needs little introduction. The Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski region is a jewel in the Austrian Alps. Beyond the glistening snow trails, countless après ski and cosy restaurants await. And for those longing for something other than skiing, the area offers plenty of cross-country skiing and hiking opportunities. It is a true oasis for lovers of winter hiking!

Was für eine schöne Wohnung in einer fantastischen Lage. Sie können die Bushaltestelle und die beiden Orte Saalbach und Hinterglemm bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Der Eigentümer sorgt für die Brötchen, stellt neue Handtücher bereit und wechselt die Müllsäcke. Sehr viel Platz. Hochwertige Verarbeitung und eine wunderbare Infrarotsauna. Mit einem Wort: großartig!

Wir haben Weihnachten (mit unserer 5-köpfigen Familie) in dieser fantastischen Wohnung verbracht.
Die Wohnung ist geräumig, modern und komplett ausgestattet! Die Sauna ist wirklich ein Genuss, ebenso wie die sauberen Handtücher, der Brötchenservice und die zweimal wöchentlich stattfindende Müllabfuhr. Der Skibus hält ca. 100 m von der Wohnung entfernt. Maria, die Besitzerin ist eine super nette Frau, die immer für ihre Gäste da ist. Äußerst empfehlenswert! Nächstes Jahr wieder!

Es war alles super…
Schöne große Wohnung mit perfekter Lage zu allen Liften mit Auto und Skibus zu erreichen. Supermarkt in 150m Entfernung.
Wohnung war pünktlich fertig für Check-In. Einmal pro Woche werden Handtücher gewechselt. Sehr praktisch: Eigener Raum zum trocknen der Skikleidung und Schuhe in der Wohnung. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: die Sauna könnte etwas größer sein, man kann diese nur sitzend nutzen.
