Nicely furnished. Both beds were comfortable.
Only issue was it was noisy outside on the Saturday night. All other nights were no issues.

Great location. Parking a bonus. Instructions easy to follow. Good kitchen. Plenty of space for the 2 of us. Good value. Nice bathroom.
Radiator in one bedroom didn't work. Told owner but no fix available. Hot water ran out one of the days after 2 showers. But these are very minor issues. We would happily go back.

The flat was functional and well laid out, clean overall, with one double bedroom and a child's (single) bedroom, open plan kitchen and decent size bathroom. It was very well located, a stone's throw from the city center and a private parking space. It is on the second floor (no lift), and the keys were easy to access via a Lockbox. Communication with the owner via whatsapp was easy and efficient. Good wifi.
Parts of the flat need to be a bit refreshed (single room, shower), the double bed was comfortable but the single bed creaked every time I turned. Coffee for the morning, a bottle of water and some shower/bathroom soap would have been an easy and very welcome attention. The flat has all the basics but nothing "extra" (except a small amount of hand soap in the bathroom, nothing else). These are small details which Do make a difference in hospitality. There is a problem in the bathroom with occasional sewage odor coming up, and the upstairs neighbours made a lasting, huge rucus when they came home at 2/3 in the morning (poor acoustics between flats).
