About this house rental
This is a beautiful villa with a swimming pool, unique in its location and the terrain that surrounds it. On one side there is an unforgettable view of the old historic town of Labin on a hill to which you can walk, while on the other side the view extends to the islands and Kvarner. The owner of this house has an extremely large land with fields and vineyards, so you can walk, ride a bike or swim in the pool while enjoying an unforgettable view. The interior of the building is decorated with a mixture of modern and rustic style, and the material, for the most part, is dominated by solid wood and stone. This beautiful indigenous house is an ideal vacation spot for more families, who want to spend their vacation together. It consists of two buildings, one of which consists of 2 apartments, each with its own external entrance and a smaller building just a few meters away, which has one bedroom in the gallery, a large space for socializing and shared meals and kitchen and bathroom. There is also a small playground for children on the field

Ivan, der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Während unseres Aufenthaltes hat er sich immer wieder bei uns erkundigt und Tipps gegeben. Laut seiner Aussage vermietet er das Objekt anscheinend schon länger, jedoch erst seit neuestem auf FeWo. Deshalb waren wir auch erst skeptisch bei einem Objekt ohne Bewertungen. Wir waren 14 junge Leute, die das Haus gebucht haben. Jeweils 3 Schlafzimmer befinden sich in den Etagen des Haupthauses, welche mit einer Außentreppe verbunden sind. Zudem gibt es in der Taverne (einem kleinen weiteren Häuschen) noch ein Schlafzimmer. Das Haupthaus ist jedoch eine Art Doppelhaushälfte mit anderen Leuten, die direkt nebenan wohnen. Auch bei lauteren Abenden gab es jedoch keine Beschwerden von den Nachbarn. Die Aussicht auf die Altstadt von Labin ist einzigartig und wunderschön. Insgesamt gibt es 3 Küchen und einen Grillplatz, welche selbst für 14 Mann zur Verpflegung gereicht haben. Gegessen werden kann an der langen Tafel, die überdacht ist. Auch hier reicht der Platz für 14 Personen. Alles in allem haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
