The host Reginalda was great! Very helpful and sweet, as well as the other host who was keeping the place clean and ready. The rooms are lasrge and very nice bathroom. The wifi is great in the whole place including the rooms! Some rooms are darker than others. The Kitchen has what is needed to cook.The only thing to note is the location depending on what you are looking for, I would recommend getting a scooter, or else mainly Didi as it is up a hill, so getting back is not the easiest. Its a safe place but always best to take transport late at night, like anywhere I go with less people (for a woman mainly). its about 15 mins walk down to the beach! nice walk. If you want to be further from the action in more peacful area, its perfect, if you want quick easy access to the beach on lunch breaks or anytime, might be a bit of a challenge without a scooter. Bring earplugs as the dogs and roosters can be loud like in many places in Mexico. There is a large table in courtyard that is nice to have lunch and work. The rooms all have a hamac which is nice. You always have hot water. Overall great stay, They are very accomodating and helpful and really want you to be happy and have a nice stay :) Overall great stay! Got fit with the walking :P
The location might be ''far'' depending on what you are looking for. Its close to beach, but uphill, like a lot of places in Puerto.

The owner was super nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, shower was hot, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.
It’s up a hill, which didn’t bother me since I had an ATV to drive. Google Maps takes you to the wrong location, and I didn’t see a sign on the property. You just need to go one street up from where Google Maps takes you, and it’s right in the corner at the end of the road.

Great, clean and spacious private rooms. Very friendly owner. Communal kitchen with free drinking water and a fridge. We really preferred this location to La Punta. Highly recommend!
It’s located on a hill so we really recommend a scooter! We had no problems with a scooter :)

Owner was nice and helpful. Clean and good service.
First: it is not an apartment. It is room with communal kitchen, a covered patio and a table area. Second it is steep uphill, you need 20 min to get down to restaurants and back uphill you need a taxi, unless you are in top shape.
