Excellent location, very close to the port and the city center. Very useful AC during summer. Very nice and supportive hosts that provided a lot of informations and local tips. Very easy communication.

Beautiful apartment, modern but with old brick and charm, beautiful windows and natural lighting. The location was perfect, just a block off the main square and street and closest as possible to the ferry. It is on a back walking street with shops and restaurants, but easily accessible with luggage and no stairs. The apartment was well stocked with beach towels, hair dryer, drying rack, etc. The owner was very kind and helpful, with restaurant and tour suggestions and check in and check out were easy.

The location is excellent, 1 street back from the harbour and a 3min walk from ferry. Apartment itself looks nice on first inspection (also was alot better than others i had found when looking in that price range) modern kitchen, nice main bed. The host is on hand if anything is needed, im guessing he lives upstairs or near by. Definitely worth the price if they get on top of the small issues and your ok with no outside seating. On a plus free wifi which is always a bonus for the kids (but feel the router should be moved somewhere else, as was on the bedside table next to the bed, not ideal when sleeping)
on closer inspection it hadent been cleaned properly (well not up to what i would class as rental/ hotel standards) There was lots of dust ontop of the fridge and tv unit, the kettle still had some water inside from past guests and when i opened it to empty it had bits floating in it (may need de scaling, as know the water was hard) but feel this should be checked. Also the tooth brush holder had dirty water in also. In the shower the toiletry holder is rusted. Also sofa bed needs proper pillow not scatter cushions that are so small. Also we had ants, we where told last guests left food out, hense the ants, which is understandable but it made us not want to eat there or leave anything out which is a shame These are only tiny changes that needs to be done to make it a really nice accommodation.
One last thing we dident like but not the hosts fault, there is no outside area to dry clothes or sit outside, which we knew before booking,(and most places that close to the harbour are like that) but we thought we could just sit in the street like we seen lots doing, but as this building is the last on on a row before a car park, you would basically be sitting in a car park and there where lots of insects due to the company next door cleaning the cars daily.
