This historic, Grade II listed, south-facing cottage in Lanreath, is pet friendly and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.
In Lanreath, a fine, Grade II listed, south-facing cottage over two levels, mentioned in the Domesday Book. It sleeps 8 in four bedrooms - two king-size doubles, one with en suite shower-room, a twin, and a single with additional z-bed. Big hall with a wood-burning stove in its inglenook fireplace, slate floor, leather window seat and pool table; walk through glazed doors into the large living room then through to the fitted oak kitchen with dining table and chairs and utility room with toilet. Family bathroom. The large two-tier garden with outdoor furniture and BBQ is mostly lawned with a patio which can be lit at night for romantic dining. A wonderful, well-equipped cottage in every respect with lots to see in the area including nearby popular fishing villages of Looe and Polperro. Four dogs welcome at an additional charge fo £30 for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th dog.
Amenities: Central heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge, freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for three cars. Barbecue. Up to four well-behaved dogs welcome, £30 charge for 2nd, 3rd and 4th dog. Sorry no smoking. There are two pubs nearby, the Famous Punchbowl, which is just around the corner from the property and The Tipsy Cow Pub is about 200 metres from the property
