Welcome to Sunfish Studio 1 on Valentine Lakeside! This studio room is designed to be comfortable, relaxed, and full of the simple joys of lake life. Whether you’re here for a peaceful getaway or to explore the beauty of the Texas Hill Country, we’re here to make your stay memorable.

Sleeps up to 4 guests
1 queen bed and 1 double bed with soft linens, fresh towels, and pillows
Full kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, and flatware

Covered porch with two Adirondack chairs and lake views
Outdoor picnic table and charcoal grill for guest use
Access to shared BBQ grills, picnic tables, and pool area

Studio Cabin 1 is pet friendly for dogs
50 dollars for one dog and 85 dollars for two per stay
Dogs must remain leashed and cleaned up after
50 dollar fee applies if staff must remove pet waste
Pets in non pet friendly units incur a 250 dollar cleaning fee
Service animals as defined by the ADA are always permitted without fee
Emotional support animals are treated as pets and subject to the standard policy
Cleaning and Housekeeping
Additional fees apply for excessive cleaning or damages
For stays longer than 5 nights, complimentary towel and trash service available upon request
Full housekeeping may be scheduled for an additional fee
Parking

Additional vehicles require prior approval and are 10 dollars per day
Boat trailers must be parked in the designated field by the road

We were looking for a quick weekend getaway, and found it at Valentine Lakeside. In these strange times, it's not easy to find a place where you instantly feel comfortable. The "no-touch" check-in process, worked great. We will definitely be back.
