The well-furnished apartment “Im Haus Metzger” is situated in the village of Oberteuringen, surrounded by orchards and close to Friedrichshafen, while only a short drive from the lakeshore. The 100 m² apartment on the ground floor consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (on with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a gaming console and satellite television. The private outdoor area boasts a large balcony with seating furniture, where you can start the day with breakfast or spend the evenings with a glass of wine and tasty dinners from the barbecue. The holiday apartment is an ideal starting point for your outdoor activities due to its proximity to numerous hiking and cycling routes. Lake Constance and the nearest beaches in Immenstaad and Fischbach are only an 18-minute drive or 11 km from the apartment. From the apartment, you can drive to the nearest supermarket and a bakery in 4 minutes (1.3 km), and a restaurant can be reached after a 2-minute walk (180 m). An 11-minute walk or 1 km from the apartment, you will find a pharmacy, as well as cafés and other restaurants. The pretty lakeside town Friedrichshafen is located 11 km or an 18-minute drive away, and after a 27-minute drive to Meersburg (20 km) you can take the ferry to Konstanz. There is also a bus stop 500 m from the apartment, from which you can get to the neighbouring towns and villages. In winter, a skiing area can be reached after a 26-minute drive (19 km).

Pros: Auch wenn wir nicht direkt am Bodensee gewohnt haben, es war perfekt so. In 10 Minuten waren wir direkt am Bodensee. Die Unterkunft war genau wie erwartet, war alles perfekt beschrieben und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ich denke, der Bodensee hat uns nicht zum letzten Mal gesehen.
