Enjoy your stay in Pittsburgh, in this beautiful newly renovated 2 bedroom / 1.5 bathroom house, which can comfortably accommodate 5 guests. The 2-story property has 2 spacious bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room, a front porch desk, a laundry room with washer and dryer, and all the amenities you will need.
THE SPACE
Conveniently located in a residential area, next to Mt. Washington park, and nearby the Pittsburgh city center and the Cultural District, with many restaurants and bars to choose from. Whether you wish to relax or go out and enjoy the numerous activities and attractions in Pittsburgh, this is a perfect location to stay in!
This is a 2-story property. The kitchen, living room, laundry room and 0.5 bathroom are located on the ground floor. The 2 bedrooms and full bathroom are located on the top floor. Both the Master bedroom and the second bedroom are spacious and have 1 Queen size bed, and each can accommodate 2 guests. The 5th guest can use the couch, located in the living room, on the ground floor. Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with Smart TVs. The bright living room has a couch, lounge chairs, and a coffee table; a great spot for our guests to relax inside or gather around and watch TV. The property has A/C. heating, free WiFi, and is also equipped with a hair dryer and iron. The kitchen area is warm and large, and has a dining table and all the amenities you may need: refrigerator, oven, dish washer, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, microwave and cutlery.
Feel free to use the laundry room, which is equipped with a washer and dryer. The spacious front porch deck is a great space to sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee in this quiet residential area. This cozy property has been recently renovated and its layout offers a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Great location, clean, beds were comfortable. No issues parking on the street. Only thing I would have liked better is to have the living room furniture be more comfortable. Overall great stay and nice place. Owner was great with communication!

This home was exactly as advertised and met our needs quite nicely! Although we chose to use public transit, the street parking was easy and available. The stairs can be difficult to navigate; however, that is the nature of living in the Pittsburgh area, and we knew what to expect. Overall, we were pleased with the accommodations.

Location of stay was very nice, a little nerve racking during the winter and after a snowfall, which occurred during the stay but salt was left by the door and like any other place with snow you just have to be very cautious with how you enter and exit the house. First floor was very cold but hanging out with the family upstairs where the heat is apparent was just as enjoyable for my family and I. We don’t need a lot to enjoy ourselves and this was a great place to give us the space and freedom to create memories together in a city we’ve never been to.
