Posizione tranquilla, terrazza con vista mare e garage coperto.
Pulizie migliorabili... gli spazi utilizzati maggiormente (cucina, bagno e letti) erano adeguatamente puliti ma ad esempio la terrazza, le vetrate, le sedie del soggiorno ed i divani necessiterebbe di essere tutti puliti con più cura.
