About this house rental
A great family home with large indoor and outdoor spaces…as well as private areas ideal for working remotely.

We raised three children in this home and hope we can find a family who loves our property as much as we do. Our kids (now 25, 23 & 20) are launching in different directions, so we have decided to travel and spend more time in Sonoma.
30 day minimum rental (per town of Ross). Altho, we are not yet open to a long term lease.
If you are embarking on a remodel, we are flexible on a start date. Or if you are considering a move to Marin, our home could give you an opportunity to try it out for a few months!
We have 4 large bedrooms - including two master suites, each with a private bathroom; plus two kids' bedrooms with a shared Jack & Jill style bathroom.
Sleeping arrangements are as follows:
Suite #1 - King bed
Suite #2 - Queen bed
Bedroom #3 - 2 Double beds
Bedroom #4 - Queen bed
Our kitchen is located right off the pool offering a great indoor/outdoor space for entertaining. With a large sliding Nana window, our kitchen opens up to the pool with an attached bar (great for feeding the kids straight out of the pool!!)
Our large backyard deck has an outdoor sectional sofa, gas fire-pit, dining table, full-size daybed, ping pong table, hot tub, gas grill and trampoline!! Our backyard opens up to 1 acre of oak trees and plenty of space for kids to build forts and explore.
Our property also offers a large sport court with a sundeck - that includes two basketball hoops, soccer/lacrosse nets and bike storage.
Lastly, our home includes:
- A family room off the kitchen with 77” TV
- A private dining room
- A separate living room which also includes an office nook (ideally located in the quietest part of the house).
- Powder room and laundry room off the kitchen with easy access to the pool.
- A finished basement with TV, sectional sofa, giant bean bag chairs and a treadmill. Great for teenagers!
Our home is an ideal family compound located in Ross (bordering the Seminary neighborhood in San Anselmo). We are in the Ross school district - walking distance to Downtown San Anselmo and the Ross Commons.
