The tropical Landscape is reminiscent of Hawaii, with waterfalls and Koi ponds. North Coast Village offers a resort atmosphere in a beach front complex with 24 hour security and gated access. Oceanside’s small town feel draws visitors from around the world. This location is just a brisk walk to California’s longest active recreational pier.

When it's time to head to the beach, just steps away, you'll find beach chairs, beach toys, and towels provided for you in the condo.
North Coast Village is located between the Oceanside Harbor and the Oceanside Pier, and is a favorite destination for people from around the world. The complex consists of nine 4-story buildings surrounded by 2-story cottages, on several acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. You are just steps from the sand; there are no roads to cross as this is an oceanfront complex! Swim in the Olympic sized heated pool (one of two pools and spas), or enjoy a romantic walk on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in Southern California.
Experience spectacular sunsets and enjoy a relaxing dinner along the picturesque adjacent harbor which features several excellent restaurants, great live music, and fun and unique shopping. There are also kayak, boat, and paddle boat rentals, and fishing or whale watching excursions.
The Main Street Oceanside Farmer's Market is a delightful experience near the Pier which takes place year round every Thursday from 9-1, and and the Sunset Market Thursday evenings from 5-9.

We stay at Northcoast Village every year . This unit was stocked with more than anyone could ever ask for . This was my favorite unit of all we have stayed in the last 4 years .

Our unit was nice in some ways, and needs a refresh in other ways.
Bedroom and bathroom were great. Decor was fine. More clutter in drawers and cupboards than I care to see in a rental. Kitchen stuff seemed very cheap. And there is a cushion on one of the chairs that is disgusting. Only noticed it when I turned it over our last week. A couple beach chairs need replacing as well. Very used.
Regardless, we
enjoyed our stay. The view was really more of a peek a boo view over the rooftop of a building
g. Sunset showers were still glorious.
The staff in the patrol office were very nice helpful and friendly.

The condo was so clean and a great location! We had so much to do between the beach, pool, taking walks, etc. so nice!

It was relaxing and we liked the room except for the ant problem! Also the laundry room was sooooo difficult to use the wish.com app. We ended up wasting $15 because we couldn't get it to work.
