Loved how comfy the vibe was. Lots of good shops/restaurants near. Very easy to get into the city. Friendly people around. Beds were very comfy.

the location is superb. It felt good to come to a warm apartment after a long international trip. The neighborhood is friendly. the kitchen is packed with pots and pans. The rooms are small so they get warm pretty quick.
value vs service is way out of proportion. You should keep asking for toiletries but there is no guarantee you will get a quick reply. I had to buy mine which was an additional cost. I paid close to £2000 for 21 night and yet there was no soap in the bathroom. The beds aren’t comfy either. the rooms are too small with barley any space. One big issue was that there was no wifi in the living room.
