Great apartment. Large, modern and very clean. Well equipped throughout. Beds were very comfortable. Gaia the host was very friendly and helpful. Location was great, a 5 min walk from the station and just around the corner from a street full of restaurants and shops (including a Carrefour express for supplies). Parking was also right nextdoor. Would have been a very comfortable base for an extended stay. Highly recommended.

La posizione ottima per visitare La Spezia, le 5 terre, Portovenere, Lerici ecc. La pulizia. L’accoglienza da parte della proprietaria gentilissima e disponibilissima. La comodità dei letti. L’ampiezza dell’appartamento.
La mancanza del bidet nel secondo bagno, bastava anche un doccino nel water e la dotazione degli asciugamani secondo me insufficienti.

Die Schlüsselübergabe war total unkompliziert. Gaia hat bereits auf uns gewartet und uns den Parkplatz (direkt hinter dem Haus) sowie die Wohnung gezeigt. Sie gab uns viele Infos und Tipps zur Region und war bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Rundum eine ganz tolle und sympatische Gastgeberin.
Es gibt nichst zu bemängeln.
