Die Größe der Wohnung ist sehr gut, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, sogar eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner. Die Einrichtung ist auch gut, der große Esstisch ist besonders hervorzuheben. Sehr schön ist auch das alle Schlafzimmer einen Zugang zum Balkon haben, sowie auch das Wohnzimmer einen Balkon hat. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist direkt am Haus, somit braucht man das Auto nicht unbedingt.

Die Wohnung lag sehr günstig, mit Blick aufs Meer Ein Parkplatz war reserviert. Bäcker und Supermarkt in der Nähe.
Das Reinigungsteam. Im Abstellraum lag überall Sand, auch auf Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Spülmaschine war zwar leer aber Rahmen und Tür nicht sauber. Es fehlt Salz in der Spülmaschine. Das Besteck war teilweise mit Rostflecken. Die Bettwäsche war lieblos aufs Bett geworfen. Der Kühlschrank müsste auch mal gründlich gereinigt werden. Die Duschtür im kleinen Bad schließt nicht richtig. Das Wasser der Dusche im großen Bad läuft nicht richtig ab. Das wurde schon einmal von Vormietern bemängelt.
