Really nice and clean
Microwave kept stopping and had to be left to cool down as it was getting very hot, window in living could do with privacy glass as every time someone walked by they look in

Easily accessible, own space with comfortable bed, and clean. Bonus of being close to beach and having a parking space.
Kitchenette area was a little small as there is no work space to make a sandwich for example or store items not requiring refrigeration.

Recently modernised and generally very clean.
Good parking and nice and close to Weymouth centre.
To be honest there is a major problem with a bad damp and musty smell in the main room that does not go away. Immediately on arrival we knew we had made a mistake. We bought a plug in air freshener which made the stay at least bearable but my partner was not happy as she is sensitive to damp.
The shower is tiny with a big overhead sprinkler that is not practical as you cannot control temperature until you are in cubicle. Hot water is set too hot, meaning you can get scalded if not careful .
No outside area to sit in, which would have been nice .
There is two rooms , bathroom and bedroom. Bedroom has very small kitchen corner, with kettle and microwave and toaster. Compact to say the least.
To Owner, you need to deal with the damp musty smell, it is not acceptable. Many people have commented on your shower, you need to change it .
