This place is really lovely. Fantastic view from the balcony and hard to beat location in the heart of the Black Forest. You can go for hikes directly from the flat or reach all the major landmarks with a short drive. The furnishing and decoration is dated, but the apartment has everything you need. Very quiet and cozy. Check in and check out went smoothly with the key box. There was even a little welcome gift! Much appreciated.

One (rather small) issue was the amount of instructions received before the trip. A bit too much to process while traveling, so I got confused and parked in the wrong place: totally my mistake, but the wall of text and the low resolution pictures didn't help. Thankfully the neighbors were very understanding. Also, having to bring your beddings is never ideal (especially because German pillows and duvets have rather unique sizes), but we knew that well in advance.
