Welcome to Lakehaven at Chickamauga, a peaceful getaway nestled between Chattanooga and Knoxville! Whether you're here for world-class fishing, a quiet retreat, or an outdoor adventure, our stylish retreat is designed to make you feel right at home— with the added convenience of Fiber Optic Internet for seamless connectivity.

THE SPACE
Sleeps 4-6 guests comfortably:
• Main Level: 1 Queen bed, 1.5 baths, Washer & Dryer
• Upstairs: 1 Queen bed + 2 Twin XL beds with a private balcony
• Full access to the home and carport (excludes owner storage, garage, and shed)

OUTDOOR & BOATING PERKS
• Perfect for fishermen – level parking with power for up to 4 boats plus a carport
• 7 minutes to Agency Creek & other boat ramps, 30 minutes to Dayton Boat Dock
• Half-acre lot with seasonal fruit trees (blueberries, plums, apples, pears)
• Spacious back deck with a grill for evening cookouts
• 1.5-mile neighborhood loop – great for morning walks or jogs
