Completely new renovated apartment Lucija in House Tereza consists of one bedroom (double bed 160x200cm), kitchen with living room and bathroom with walk in shower. There is electric stove, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine and 2 air conditioning in the apartment. There is no oven and washing machine in the unit.Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, but beach towel are not provided. Apartment is on the 1st floor which means one floor above ground floor and stairs in the house to climb up. Private parking is just in front of the apartment.
Just 10 minutes from the busy city centre on a peaceful village road, and only a short walk from the bus stop, apartment Lucija (House Tereza) sits on a quiet and relaxing seafront overlooking the beautifully tranquil Zaton Bay.
Swimming is LITERALLY on your doorstep, without even having to cross a road, and without encountering a long, hot climb up the cliffs, which is more usual around the Dubrovnik area. We are offering private waterfront with sunbeds & umbrellas included. There is a ground floor terrace for dining shared with other guests staying in the house. Outdoor area is shared with other guests staying in House Tereza.
There are several restaurant and two well equipped mini-markets near the bus stop, and several other good restaurants a gentle stroll away, within easy walking distance around the bay. But you may not want to dine out once you have enjoyed your covered terrace to dine al fresco, overlooking the sea. Sunbathe on the sun terrace with your sun bed & umbrella. Or, if you are feeling more energetic we have paddle board for hire and boat trips to the Islands.

Great place. The reason for the 4 and not a five there was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom; no beer glasses; and sparse flatware. It wouldn’t have hurt to have had a roll of kitchen towels.

The apartment was exactly as described on the listing. The view of Zaton bay from the balcony was wonderful and the Adriatic is literally on the doorstep with steps from the terrace directly into the clear sea. Luko and his family live in the building behind the apartment and they were excellent hosts. He picked us up from the airport and gave us lots of helpful advice.We went into Dubrovnik three times during our stay. The bus stop is a short walk away and the bus takes about 10/15 minutes, then there is a walk down to the old town. The buses were very busy. We returned by taxi each time. We also went on three organised excursions - to Montenegro, to Korcula and to local islands and the minibus or boat pick up point was close to the apartment. There is only one restaurant within a short walk but in 25 minutes we could reach the other side of the bay where there are several, and the food was excellent. This was a really good base to see Dubrovnik and the Dalmatian coast, and it was so special to come back and watch the tranquil view in the evenings after hectic days of sight seeing.We would definitely return.
