We really enjoyed the cabin. The cabin was super clean and had all of the amenities we needed. The owner was extremely nice and answered all of my text quickly. It was perfect for everything we needed.

First of all, the house and location was GREAT!! I have a concern with the owner. My family and I booked this house during Christmas break(December 2022) when parts of Crystal beach had a power outage. We arrived at the beach house around 7 that night. Around midnight the power went out. We were able to communicate with the host(GREAT) and she said that the power should be back on tomorrow morning around 11:30am. It was really late so we just covered up and stayed for the night. The next morning, the power did not come on. We spoke with the host and she said the power will not be on until later on in the evening. Which we found out the power did not come on until 2 days later. At that time we decided to leave because we had our 74 year old mother with us and the home was getting colder. When communicating with the Evolve Team (GREAT) the owner allowed us to come up with 4 different date changes to come back to the home with our family. My family and I are educators, so we were able to come up with 4 different dates that worked for all of us. The Evolve Team comes back and communicates that the owner can not accept ANY of those 4 different dates because the nights during that time frame are roughly $900+ a night meaning there will be additional funds needed from me. We did get our money refunded back to us besides the cleaning and damage fee. Thank you Evolve Team for your goodwill. However, I felt like the owner was all about profit not customer service. Please have more value in your guest; think about what truly matters when determining your guest worth.
