Our house has 1 BEDROOM with 1 Double bed. You'll love the luxury bed linen. There's a Sofa bed in the living area to accommodate additional guests.
Get ready in our 1 BATHROOM. We provide you with a hairdryer, towels, and complimentary toiletries. Keep your clothes clean, courtesy of the in-suite washing machine, or use the on-site laundry machines, available for an additional charge.
After exploring the area, retreat to our comfortable LIVING SPACE. Curl up and enjoy your favourite shows on our smart TV or watch your favourite movie with our DVD player. Spend a day near the coastline and make sure to visit Bude and Westward Ho! Visit some of the nearby towns and attractions, including the historic market town of Barnstaple and the Tintagel Castle.
• **The resort is not on one level and the incline can be quite steep in places.
• **The resort operates an ongoing improvement programme, so refurbishments may be taking place throughout the year. While the resort endeavours to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbance to our Guests.
• **The restaurant and bar will be closed until further notice.

Just nice nothing special ,nothing awful . We’re not given the single story chalet style property but a two bedroomed house . It clearly had not been used as it took the first day to warm up .had to wear coats. On discussion with reception they were adamant that this was what VRBO had booked us ?Pool , shop and leisure facilities very nice.,but read the small print as not free.

Smooth booking process. Great, high quality and beautifully appointed resort and accommodation. The holiday home felt like it could have done with a deeper clean after I had to go around hoovering up loads of those little hanging spiders from the corners of rooms. The mattress of the sofa bed also needed cleaning down too before we made it up.
These were genuinely minor issues though as we had a great time and enjoyed our stay, but I want to be honest and not to just say it was perfect.

Everything was setup for new normal of the covid19 age
Great place, nicely centred for checking north Devon and Cornwall.
Everything was provided at the accommodation but shame about the lack of restaurant and bar. However the pool was available even though it had to be booked. You just had to plan your day a bit more carefully.
