The charming studio apartment “Ingrid Heyes” is situated in a quiet residential area of Radolfzell and is only a short drive from the lakeshore. The 28 m² apartment on the first floor consists of a living area with a double bed (1,61m to 1,80m), a well-equipped kitchen as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite television. The private outdoor area with a spacious sun terrace is perfect to start the day with breakfast or to spend the mild evenings with a glass of wine and home-cooked dinners. A bakery and a supermarket are located a 14-minute walk (1.2 km) away, and from the bus stop, which is a 2-minute walk (150 m) from the apartment, you can get to the lovely centre of Radolfzell for free. There you can walk about the pretty streets with many cafés and restaurants and walk to the beach, Radolfzeller Seebad. The clear blue water invites you to take refreshing swims while you enjoy the wonderful lake and mountain scenery. Reichenau Island, a World Heritage Site, can be reached after a 26-minute drive (18.5 km), and the picturesque old town centre of Konstanz, famous for its centuries-old architecture and the cathedral, is 20 km or a 30-minute drive from the apartment. The hilly Lake Constance region offers many fantastic hiking and cycling routes and the Swiss border is only a 30-minute drive (24 km) away.

Pros: Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett! Appartement liegt etwas weiter von Stadt aber ist nur ein kleine Spaziergang. Alles ist sehr sauber.
Cons: Die Betten waren sehr weich, aber da hat jede so sein eigene Preferenz. Und etwas bequemes um sich hin zu setzen abends waere schoen.
