About this apartment rental
The dog-friendly Mobilhome Tonis Hütte is located in a quiet location on the southern outskirts of Hohenfels-Selgetsweiler. Far from the hustle and bustle of the city, your relaxing vacation begins here. Discover the idyllic natural landscape on hikes or enjoy the view of Säntis and Altmann from your own terrace.
You live in a single location on 400 sqm fenced garden with pond, shady trees, private access and private parking.
The apartment has living room with kitchen, a small bedroom with double bed, a small bedroom with single bed, bathroom, separate toilet. Thus, the accommodation can accommodate a maximum of three people. This includes adults and children of any age.
The mobile home is thermally insulated and has electric heaters, is therefore habitable even in the cold season.
Other amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, microwave, deck chairs and umbrella. An initial supply of dishwashing detergent, soap, coffee filters and toilet paper are provided upon arrival.
On sunny days, the photovoltaic system provides the electricity.
The town of Überlingen on Lake Constance is an 18-minute drive south, while Meersburg is a 30-minute drive away. From there, the car ferry takes you to Constance in 20 minutes. The Lake Constance Airport in Friedrichshafen, from which the Zeppelin also departs, can be reached in 50 minutes by car. Zurich airport is 109 km (75 minutes by car) away.
The nearest supermarket and restaurants are in Liggersdorf, a 3-minute drive (2.6 km) from property. Other restaurants and cafes are located in Stockach, Pfullendorf and Owingen, which can be reached in 12 minutes by car. For swimming fun, there is the natural swimming pool in Kalkofen (3 km), the Schwackenreuter lakes in (9 km) and Lake Constance in Bodman-Ludwigshafen (13 km). For furry noses, the nearest veterinarian is 2.5 km away.
The accommodation can not be rented for commercial purposes, only tourist purposes are allowed.
The price for two dogs is already included in the rent. For each additional dog an additional fee is due.
There is a limit for dogs depending on their size. The limit is as follows: five small dogs, three medium dogs (German Shepherd / Golden Retriever) or one large dog (Great Dane / Irish Wolfhound).
Please contact the landlord before arrival to coordinate bringing dogs, handling the final cleaning and arrival time.
If desired, you can do the final cleaning yourself. Otherwise, cleaning costs will apply.
Furthermore, there are additional consumption costs for electricity/heating and water.
About the additional costs the landlord informs before arrival by email as well as the price list in the apartment.

Pros: Ein wundervoller Kurzurlaub ist leider zu Ende, wir kommen aber auf jeden Fall wieder. Die Lage, die Gastgeber, die Unterkunft - ein Traum!
Ich konnte wunderbar entspannen, der Hund glückseelig im Garten toben und wenn man etwas sehen möchte ist man in 20min in der Stadt. Nur zu empfehlen!

Pros: Schattiger Garten mit sauberem Teich: sehr angenehm bei über 30 Grad.
Eingezäunter Garten: entspannte Situation für Hunde und Halterin.
Hilfsbereite, liebenswürdige und hundefreundliche Vermieter gleich nebenan.
Spaziermöglichkeit vom Haus aus.

Pros: Super Vermieter- sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Mobilheim lässt keine Wünsche offen- es ist sowas von sauber.
Ich hatte nie eine bessere Unterkunft mit Hund.
Von dort aus ist man schnell am Bodensee und Umgebung.
Cons: Wer hier etwas zu meckern hat, sollte Zuhause bleiben.

Wir verbrachten zwei wunderschöne Wochen hier .
Das sehr gepflegte Mobilhome empfanden wir und unsere beiden Hunde als völlig ausreichend und gemütlich.
Am besten gefiel unseren Hunden (bei über 30 Grad Außentemperatur) der schattige Garten mit kleinem Teich,
aus dem sie bei diesen Temperaturen gar nicht raus wollten.
Hier konnten wir sie wenn wir einkaufen gefahren sind mit
gutem Gewissen auch mal alleine lassen.
