We booked the property for a base whilst we visited family in Northampton. Two outstanding memories from our visit:-
1) Sitting in the back garden watching the world (and the boats) go by whilst sipping a glass of wine.
2) Everyone was so friendly - I cannot recall anyone going by in a boat or walking on the tow path who did not say hello. And the special neighbour who invited us into his garden on our first evening and shared a glass of wine or two with us - most memorable.

A lovely cottage, located in a quiet location by the canal. It’s great for walks along the canal, there are several pubs within walking distance. The cottage was clean and bright and had everything that we needed for a stay. I’d definitely book again if I was coming to the area.

A real home from home, didn't want to leave on final day and will definitely return. Nice conservatory to sit in overlooking canal and passing boats, nothing to dislike.
