About this cottage rental
The Cottage is situated within the grounds of Cox Hill House. It has its own entrance & garden. Centrally located with the north coast 20 mins away, & 30mins to Falmouth on the south coast. We are very central in the county and perfectly positioned for day trips.
We are positioned within a world heritage mining site and are surrounded by beautiful footpaths and bridleways. Perfect for walking, exercising the dog and cycling.
The cottage is perfect for couples and up to 2 more guests that can be accommodated in a bunk bed.

The second bedroom is small and has bunk beds sleeping 2 people.
There is a well-equipped kitchen.
Utility - washing machine (tumble dryer available to use)
Bathroom - over bath rain shower, bath, toilet and basin.
Heated flooring in the kitchen, hallway and bathroom.
Living room with dining table, sofa and chair, log burner.
Outside lawned garden, bbq, garden furniture.

The accommodation was lovely, very secure for the dogs and lovely large enclosed garden. It is a lovely location but is quite remote in the sense that nearest shop and pub are a drive away. That said there are wonderful walks from the property through Cornish Mining heritage.Check in an out was simple and the hosts are lovely.

Ideal chill pad quiet with nice grounds cosy living room lovely bathroom and comfy bed.
This place is ideal in summer and I imagine would make a great winter retreat
We needed to stay an additional night as the cottage wasn’t available the owners offered us the option of glamping next door which we tried they were very accommodating and the guy onsite was more than helpful I would recommend this to anyone with it’s central location it’s ideal for roaming about without to many long journeys

It was quite central, lovely quiet place with enclosed garden, dog friendly, very clean with cereal, jams, biscuits, tea, coffee & milk provided. Received texts to welcome us. A great weekend experience.
