location, well furnitured, comfortable beds, spacious, very friendly owner
might be difficult for travelers with big bags (not an issue for us) as there is no elevator

Perfect location, brand new accommodation, parking on additional charge and host was very helpful and interaction was good. Did miss coffee in the room however, host was was helpful in meeting that requirement.

Overall the apartment was very clean (except inside the oven which could easily be overlooked) . The location was nice and it came with parking which in downtown Beaune can be an issue. Washer worked well and there was coffee for the first morning. Toilet paper and paper towels were provided along with basic toiletries a nice touch. A/C worked great
It is really 3.5 flights of stairs from street level but 1 from courtyard so when they say one be warned. Too many stairs!! and not disclosed. Kitchen had only one dish towel and really sparce supplies (no spatula, cooking knife and worn pans). No closets just drawers in bedrooms. While stylish the furniture is not at all convertible at the end of a long day- felt like IKEA dorm room stuff. Wooden arms, short seating- no place to lounge at the end of the day. We ultimately left early and stayed only 4 nights of the week to get someplace more comfortable. We left a ton of food behind as we just didn't bother cooking it.
