Die Lage ist einfach unglaublich, inmitten der Hügel und Wälder mit vielen Möglichkeiten, spazieren, Wandern biken oder einfach auf der Terrasse die wunderschöne Aussicht an der Sonne geniessen. Die Gastgeber Anna und Dino sind so herzlich, dass man sich zu Hause fühlt. Marta, die junge Hilfe spricht auch französisch und Englisch und ist genau so liebenswürdig, wie die Gastgeber. Gino and Marte are the most nice people to run this place. The view from the appartement is beatifull!!
I think the inside of the appartement is nice and clean but also very White, a bit unpersonel.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. La posizione è perfetta: comoda sia per raggiungere il centro di La Spezia che il mare, permettendo di muoversi facilmente senza rinunciare alla tranquillità.
La struttura è immersa nel verde, un vero angolo di pace dove rilassarsi lontano dal caos, e il silenzio che la circonda rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.
Un ringraziamento speciale va a Dino, una persona squisita, sempre disponibile e attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti. La sua accoglienza fa davvero la differenza.
Consigliatissimo per chi cerca comfort, natura e ospitalità autentica!

Around nature. Beautiful view. Close to La Spezia by car (10-15min). Confortable bed. Small cute pool.
No lights in the bathroom. Few rooms are under construction right now (= noise and less beautiful outside)
