Cleanliness,, furnishings, comfort, well maintained and decorated. Modern decor. Rooms had lots of natural light. Free parking.
Creaky floor boards upstairs. Quite loud when having to use the bathroom in the night. Very minor issue.

It was lovely & cosy, very quiet & just a 15 minute walk into Richmond centre. Also having a parking spot was great.
The only negative was the shower flow, however it could be the pressure in the area.

Great location with easy access to Richmond town and surrounding countryside. Comfy beds and well equipped kitchen area. Reclining sofa and armchairs.
The radiator in the twin bedroom didn’t have an individual thermostat and was either off or roasting. The shower was only hot enough if you turned it past the hot point.

Clean and well equipped. Good parking. Close to town centre.
Problems with heating and noisy plumbing. Hosts did respond to problem and sorted additional heating. Mid week two yappy small dogs arrived next door but other dogs on site well behaved. Best suited to family with a dog
