-Large living room which is furnished with comfortable leather sofas and a wood burning stove.
-Large cottage style kitchen, furnished with an attractive wood dining table and chairs seating up to six people and a fantastic setting for family meals.
-The kitchen is fitted with all cooking utensils and equipment that you would need from a home away from home.
-The staircase winds up to the first floor with a small study area off to the left hand side.
-There are two spacious bedrooms with large windows.
-The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable French style king size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The en suite bathroom is fitted with bath with overhead shower.
-The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds and stylish wood furniture.. The en suite bathroom is fitted with a large shower cubicle.
-Spacious former farmhouse style home lying 0.5 miles to the entrance to the Blenheim Park.

Bladon farmhouse was a wonderful location for access to cotswolds and Oxford. The cottage is homely, beautifully appointed and had everything we needed for our stay from overseas, which was very convenient. The owner kelvin was very communicative and the welcome box of fresh supplies and a real Christmas tree was a wonderful and welcome touch! Would happily stay here again.

Our stay at this lovely home was wonderful! The house is beautifully decorated, the beds and linens very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped, even with a bread maker and all the needed ingredients. It was such a help to have bread, eggs, butter, milk and juice waiting for us upon our arrival. The owner emailed us many helpful hints about the area and assisted even before we arrived. Being within distance to Blenheim Palace was a lovely bonus. We didn’t rent a car so depended on taxis and the train from Oxford which all worked out. My family would highly recommend this lovely home!
